Football Fees = $165/child or $150/child for multiple children
(Includes Jersey, Flags, Pictures, minimum of 9 games)

Cheerleading Fees = $170/child or $155/child for multiple children
(Includes Uniform, Pictures, & Cheer Coaches)

All teams are required to have a sponsor ($250.00). If team cannot find sponsor, then the $250 fee will be split amongst the team. Team must have sponsor fee in order to receive their Jerseys.

FNL is a 6 v 6 format with 8 players on a team. All players MUST play 3 out of the 4 quarters. It is intended to be a Non-Contact sport and therefore there is NO BLOCKING. Games last 1 hour. The FNL game is FAST, FUN and EXCITING.......quite simply....FLAG FOOTBALL IS THE BEST SPORT YOUR KIDS WILL EVER PLAY!!

About Us

FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS (FNL) is the Largest NON-PROFIT Youth Flag Football League in the United States. FNL started in Los Alamitos, CA in 2006 with 300 participants and has grown to over 8,000 participants competing in both a Fall and Spring Season. Expansion has taken the league to Huntington Beach, Murrieta/Temecula, Newport Beach/Costa Mesa, Carlsbad and now.....the Great City of Garden Grove. Fall Registration begins online May 1st and Spring League registration begins Nov. 1st.
